at about the 10 year mark(or when you need a re-tape), it might a good idea to move North wall glazing to the south side for added longevity.

Not sure these seal anything, and the new double side tape actually traps water under the mgs, finding they don't stick well in humid areas and over heat the glazing in hot climate's...
